With over a decade in healthcare recruitment, Reyhan brings deep insight into what clients and candidates truly need. He understands how to match people to roles where they feel supported, valued, and set up for success. His background ensures every teacher placed through Classroom Careers lands in the right role, with the right environment.

Outside of work, Reyhan is passionate about health and wellness. Fitness is a key part of his routine and he brings that same discipline and balance into his professional life. His focus on mindset and personal growth means he's always learning and pushing for better, both for himself and for others.

Reyhan also has a love for travel, seeing it as an opportunity to learn and reset. He believes that moving abroad is one of the most life-changing decisions you can make, and he’s committed to making that journey smoother for every teacher he works with.

As a former PE Subject Lead with nine years of experience in UK schools, Sohaib understands what teachers go through every day — the pressures, the passion, and the burnout. His mission now is simple: make sure teachers abroad are seen, supported, and set up to thrive in every way.

He’s a people person at heart. From first contact to settling in the UAE, Sohaib ensures no teacher ever feels alone. He brings a warm, personal approach to the onboarding process, helping candidates feel confident, calm, and connected from the moment they land.

Sohaib is also a high-performing athlete who has played football at a professional level. His dedication to sport and fitness influences his belief in work-life balance. He encourages teachers to live well — not just work hard — and helps them build a lifestyle they genuinely enjoy.

Ashley

Ashley has walked the walk. He’s taught in classrooms across London, Manchester, the Isle of Man, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. He knows what it’s like to pack up, move abroad, adapt, and start fresh. That lived experience drives everything he does with Classroom Careers.

After years of working in schools where he felt overworked and undervalued, Ashley committed to building something better — not just for himself, but for every teacher out there who deserves more. He now uses his knowledge of the UAE system and international hiring process to help others find their perfect fit.

Ashley also brings four years of entrepreneurial experience from running his own business. He knows how to lead, how to take care of people, and how to deliver real results. Off the clock, you’ll find him on the golf course, on a basketball court, or in the gym — because building a better life means enjoying it too.
